Nexter: a large inflatable military shed, tunnel, double-skinned padded PVC shell, made in France
We recently collaborated with Nexter on the design and custom manufacturing of a very large inflatable military shed with a large usable area.
It is a robust and solid inflatable structure, entirely made of double-skinned padded PVC, composed of 2 half-moon tunnel-shaped modules.
This inflatable military shelter can be easily installed and deployed as part of military operations for the storage and protection of military equipment or vehicles or for the needs of officers, soldiers, paratroopers, military personnel, or technicians in the context of armed conflicts.
We provide:

NEXTER : a large inflatable military hangar, in double-skinned padded PVC envelope, providing a large volume, a large surface area and a large height, for the storage of equipment, vehicles or offices for the military operations of our armed forces and for military personnel in the context of military operations or deployments.
In some situations, it is simpler and more efficient to deploy an inflatable hangar directly on the intervention site than to transport the equipment or items requiring maintenance to an existing infrastructure.
This approach is particularly important during military operations in the theater of operations , where speed of deployment is essential.
In this context, the rapid deployment of large inflatable hangars makes it possible to meet immediate needs.
These structures can serve as shelters , repair workshops , or temporary storage spaces .

NEXTER : a large inflatable military hangar, shaped like a half-moon tunnel, entirely made of double-skinned, padded PVC, providing a large volume, usable area, and height. This type of inflatable military hangar can be deployed rapidly and provides military personnel, soldiers, officers, and other military personnel with a storage and maintenance facility for military vehicles or equipment for operational purposes in the event of armed conflict.
The giant inflatable hangar thus constitutes an innovative and functional solution to facilitate maintenance work, particularly in environments where traditional infrastructure is non-existent or unsuitable.
Today, many interventions are still carried out outdoors or in buildings poorly suited to the requirements of technical teams.
It is precisely in this context that the inflatable shelter solution provides a relevant answer: a protected, isolated and discreet workspace, specially designed for vehicle maintenance or repair operations.

This inflatable military shelter can be deployed very quickly in any location in the event of military conflicts. It can accommodate officers, soldiers, military personnel, paratroopers, or technicians.
This type of hangar stands out due to its modular architecture , based on an inflatable structure.
This temporary installation is associated with a container-mounted overhead crane , capable of handling heavy operations such as the installation or removal of engines.
In addition, two extra containers can be fitted out as needed, either as technical workshops or service areas.
Thanks to this intelligent configuration, the giant inflatable hangar becomes a mobile and rapidly deployable system , installed as close as possible to the intervention areas and capable of responding effectively to maintenance missions, including in the most demanding conditions.

For the construction of very large temporary hangars , inflatable technology is the most suitable solution.
It allows for the design of large inflatable shelters that are quickly deployable and easy to implement on site.

These giant inflatable hangars can be designed according to two principles: a ventilated structure or a sealed inflation combined with a pressure regulator.
The temporary shelters are made of coated canvas , which makes them very lightweight, facilitates their transport and guarantees a particularly quick installation.
For large structures, the use of 0.6 mm PVC allows air to be blown in at a pressure sufficient to form vast inflatable arches.
The walls can be made in double skin , forming a self-supporting structure, or in the form of arches associated with 0.45 mm PVC tensioned walls .

The double-walled design of the giant inflatable hangars also provides effective thermal insulation , reducing the power requirements of the generators needed for air conditioning and thus limiting operating costs.
The transport of these hangars is ensured by containers , which greatly simplifies logistics and handling operations.
Since each project is entirely designed and custom-made in our workshop , these inflatable shelters offer a high level of personalization, from the design phase to the final realization.
It is therefore possible to produce temporary hangars and inflatable shelters of several hundred square meters , perfectly adapted to the specific requirements of each mission.
