20 folding medical tents for the Civil Protection of Niger (French Army)
We manufactured a batch of 20 foldable advanced medical post tents (foldable first aid tents) for the French Army, the Niger Civil Protection Service, and the French Embassy in Niger.
These are advanced medical post shelters, measuring 6 x 3 m, and personalized with markings and printing with the Niger Civil Protection logo.
These are two folding tent kits, supplied with ballast and foldable metal frames; it’s a robust and highly reliable solution.
The batch included 20 foldable PMA tents (6 x 3 m), 50 foldable adult cots, and 1 large inflatable PMA tent with captive air.

FRAME:
- Frame made of hexagonal aluminum tubing, 50 mm section, 2 mm thick – anodized finish.
- 35 x 18 mm aluminum scissors, 2 mm thick, aluminum junction and joint pieces.
- Epoxy finish with self-locking bolts.
- Large three-point base plate made of 3 mm thick galvanized steel sheet (rivetless model).
- Height under roof overhang – from 1.90 m to 2.20 m – adjustable in 5 cm increments.
- All sliding elements are locked with pistons.
INTERFACING :
- Made of 450 g/m² white coated fabric on both sides – M2 fire rating – assembled with braided seams.
- Roof secured to the frame with Velcro at the corners. Optional 450 g/m² white PVC surround elements – M2 fire rating – to be assembled under the roof overhang using 50 mm Velcro.
- Walls are joined together using 50 mm Velcro.
- Attached to the pole using 4 brackets distributed along the height.
OTHER DETAILS:
- 2 x 6 m PVC sides, 1 adhesive marking on a white background on each side,
- 2 x 3 m PVC sides, 1 adhesive marking on a white background on each side,
- 20 kg ballast x 6 (6 legs), or 120 kg per folding tent unit.
